Orders are shipped in plain, secure outer packaging. The exterior of the package does not normally contain product photographs or explicit product descriptions.
The sender information and customs description may vary according to the carrier, destination and applicable legal requirements. We cannot remove information that must legally appear on transportation or customs documents.
Packaging is designed to protect the product during normal transportation while respecting customer privacy.
Available carriers may include DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS or another suitable logistics provider. The carrier is selected according to the destination, package dimensions, product availability and current transportation conditions.
